Ronald A. Cabanayan is a general practice attorney who focuses on DUI and criminal defense,  and immigration matters. Although he has represented a variety of clients with many different legal issues, including evictions, bankruptcy, and estate planning, the main part of his legal practice is helping those arrested for DUIs, domestic violence, criminal defense and immigration applications. Ronald is admitted to practice in all California courts and in Federal Court, Northern District of California. Ronald is currently sitting as the vice chair for the Appeals Hearing Board for the City of San Jose. He is an adjunct professor at Lincoln Law School of San Jose, providing academic support by tutoring law school students, and a professor of legal studies at Evergreen Valley College, San Jose.
